Chase Bank, they have my mortgage. Well check this out. I got this video
talking about the Escrow. Well I hated to watch it as it is the same old
crap. "Here is the monthly breakdown of your mortgage payment," crickets. So
when the video was over which told me nothing, I looked further down on the
page and there was a video that said "Audio Described of your Escrow."
After I picked myself off the floor, I played this very well done video. It
broke down where each bit of the mortgage payment went. It read me the
numbers. Now I have access to the same information of millions of home
owners. What a huge blessing. I want to send a letter phone call something
to thank them.

 

I pay my mortgage with a phone call. They must have my voice print as I can
ask a real person about the aspects of the mortgage, as well as just pay the
mortgage with my voice. I always write the number down at the end confirming
the payment.
