[MusicTlk] Reading PDF Sheet Music

What is the best way to read pdf sheet music? I have access to Windows, Mac,
android, and iPad OS. I am also beginning to learn braille music. I'm
interested to learn what everyone uses. I am willing to learn new software
but would rather use free software than paid. If paid software is a better
option though it could be arranged.

 

Any help would be great.
