Hello,
	My name is Cole E. Roberts. I am from Bismarck, North Dakota. I lost my complete eyesight in the spring of 2002 due to WAGR Syndrome and Glaucoma, when I was Seven-years-old. From July of 2022-Present Day, I have been the Club Radio (100.7 FM or Clubradiolive.com) station manager for Bismarck New Song Church of the Foursquare. From November of 2019-Present Day, I have been the director of the elderly (50+) ministry at Bismarck New Song Church. I am very interested in founding and developing a Christian radio station for the blind. What is radio broadcasting; radio Broadcasting is the transmission of audio sometimes with related metadata by radio waves to radio receivers belonging to a public listening audience; terrestrial radio broadcasting broadcasts their radio waves from a land based radio station and only has a certain listening area, while internet radio broadcasts their radio waves from a satellite in Earth’s orbit that can be listen to wherever there is internet access and connection. The mission of the Christian radio station for the blind would be to create and raise up faith walking disciples of Jesus Christ instead of sight walking disciples of the Earth. The vision statement of the Christian radio station for the blind would be to be the primary source for Christian music, news, sports, education, fellowship, ETC by the visually impaired, for the visually impaired, and those interested in visual impairment issues and topics. A person is considered to have a visual impairment, when their vision is 20/200 or less, and their eyesight can not be corrected by glasses or contact lenses. A radio station is like the human body, that has many different moving parts, that all have their own and unique function, and each body part can not do much by itself, but the body as a whole can do big and little things through Christ who strengthens us; being a DJ or show host is just a small portion of the radio station pie.
