[gui-talk] Accessible way to read emails in Outlook web access

I could think about the theory that the administrators are putting some kind of restriction but in standard mode everything seems to be working fine. Why isn't the light version available as an option is very intriguing. 
I asked the accessibility representative to remotely access my computer but he said because it's a business account he cannot access my computer. I know it's not True and accessibility representatives should be able to help across the board as long as the issue  concerns Microsoft   

Applications or  websites   
I'll update the list if I can figure something out at the local level
