[gui-talk] Issue with JAWS 17 and Word in Windows 10

All,
I found the following page on the Freedom Scientific tech support
page, which talks about a focus issue when editing Dropbox documents
in Windows 8.1 or Windows 10:

Though I haven't tried the fix yet, I think this might take care of my
issue. The documents that I was trying to edit were indeed in Dropbox.
I will make the fix tonight and report back if it fixed the over all
focus issue.
