[gui-talk] Issue with JAWS 17 and Word in Windows 10

I am ecstatic to say that the fix that I found on the FS site was the
thing that fixed my focus issue. So it wasn't an issue with Windows on
a Mac at all, nor with Word. Good to know. I am able to switch back
and forth with Alt Tab again. I used the MacBook keyboard, but I
expect that it would also work with the USB keyboard.
