Hi lists just read kim komando’s weekend digest and reading about private or incognito browsing.  understand what it does helping to stop add tracking cookies but am curious about something.  one is do you have to enable it each time it’s used on any browser?  also how does it impact how things appear online and how a screen reader reads sites?  also how should it and how should it not be used?  in other words when is it a good time to use private browsing and when is it not.
