Hi sending a new message in reply since windows live would send the whole digest on my end. was wondering on this topic as it relates to newsline TV listings. what about a Roku box or one of the other set top boxes such as apple TV and a rabbit. what additional channels do you get with one? for example I like GSN and boomarang on cable although unfortunately comcast doesn’t have boomarang at least not here in NJ. can you still watch cable channels on a Roku if not what types of channels do you get. and how are they for totally blind users. been meaning to quiery newsline on that possibility especially since more and more people are cutting the cord and cable rate goes up, up up. also comcast is believed to be ready to drop 3000000 customers in preparation for the murger with time warner. then there is the customer service issue. comcast and time warrner rank right at the bottom in that department. why should they care they will soon have a monopoly. if it was me deciding it I wouldn’t have comcast as a platinum sponsor of a convention of an organization like NFB not the way they treat sighted customers Huh? I don’t like being used by a corporation to show how compassionate they are to try to shut up sighted critics. anyway shouldn’t rant like that Huh? maybe a roku is the way to go or this other one I’ve heard of a rabit.
