[gui-talk] Unable to open certain links.

I don't have an answer but a temporary work-around might be to copy the link
to the clipboard and then open IE or other browser of choice, paste the link
into the address bar and load the page that way.

Hi folk, anyone out there know how to solve the following? I am running
outlook 2003. When I attempt to go to a link in an e-mail I get the
following:
 
Bong! "This opperation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on
this computer. Please contact your system administrater." I understand it
has something to do with settings, but we can't determin which setting. Got
an answer, guys?
