[gui-talk] Unable to open certain links.

Hi folk, anyone out there know how to solve the following? I am running
outlook 2003. When I attempt to go to a link in an e-mail I get the
following:
 
Bong! "This opperation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on
this computer. Please contact your system administrater." I understand it
has something to do with settings, but we can't determin which setting. Got
an answer, guys?
