[gui-talk] unlocking my Facebook account

Hello all,

I am so frustrated with Facebook. I got a message saying my account was 
locked because of a potential virus or malware. I uninstalled AVG and 
installed Microsoft Security Essentials. I am now running that with Windows 
XP. Nothing on my FB account has changed. I am still being asked to download 
the program. How can I get my account back up and running? Who can I 
contact? I tried sending an email to info at facebook.com and just get an 
auto-reply. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
