I have no idea about your specific problem. But just try Alt-H, F and then arrow around. You might find that R is disabled, unavailable or grayed. The availability of some functions depends on whether Outlook is talking with an Exchange server and how that server is configured.

Subject: [gui-talk] searching for same sender in outlook 2010 problem

Hello Listers,

I am using Jaws 13.0.718 and Outlook 2010 on a Windows 7 system. I understand that you can do searches for same senders and the command is pressing alt then h f r However, as soon as I type the letter r I get a beep. I don't seem to have a "Find related" box.

Thanks for any help

Sincerely,

Allen Maynard
