[gui-talk] Accessible Windows registry cleaner?

I'm not getting any messages. I didn't know that it wasn't running updates 
until the computer guy from Florida division of Blind Services noticed it. 
He says we have to reinstall Windows XP Home or at least repair it. I am 
running SuperAntiSpyware for malware protection.

Any other suggestions as to what I can do?
