If I understand the suit, Enhanced Vision was using the words Freedom Scientific  so that a search for FS it would bring up E V. But I did a search for FS on Google and it did not bring up E V. If this allegation is true then FS has a legitimate suit, but knowing FS I don't trust them.

Very interesting complaint, and apparently substantive, I.e., not frivolous 
or harassment.

Is anyone familiar with the defendant corporation, its products and its 
marketing practices, particularly with regard to FS's allegations?
