Could you please explain why, on the bases of one Google (I presume) search 
in which you failed to fined yourself diverted to the other company have you 
concluded that you don't trust FS? If those two statements aren't meant to 
be intentionally, causally connected, then would you please explain what you 
mean by saying you don't trust FS? In what sense don't you trust them? Could 
you give examples where they've prevaricated about an issue or you've been 
disserved by them in some way that seemed fraudulent to you?

If I understand the suit, Enhanced Vision was using the words Freedom 
Scientific  so that a search for FS it would bring up E V. But I did a 
search for FS on Google and it did not bring up E V. If this allegation is 
true then FS has a legitimate suit, but knowing FS I don't trust them.

Very interesting complaint, and apparently substantive, I.e., not frivolous
or harassment.

Is anyone familiar with the defendant corporation, its products and its
marketing practices, particularly with regard to FS's allegations?
