All I know about Enhanced Vision is that they sell a portable CCTV that is a 
competitor to the one sold by FS.  I think they compare like apples and 
oranges -- or in this case, Amigo's or Sapphires.  I considered getting one 
for a family member, and also to have available to test my vision from time 
to time. I used to use CCTV's for everything until I lost a chunk of central 
vision.   Now I want to have some kind of enhanced magnifier to use to sign 
checks and forms and to test the state of my sight.
Anyway, wish list item. Anyone want to buy me one??? *just kidding*
But back to the lawsuit, I kind of think FS has a case on this one, after 
reading the article.

Very interesting complaint, and apparently substantive, I.e., not frivolous
or harassment.

Is anyone familiar with the defendant corporation, its products and its
marketing practices, particularly with regard to FS's allegations?
