[gui-talk] Opening attachment in outlook.

Wayne: 

When I open e-mail all I get is "zipped and attached". 

I tried everything you suggested. I did find what I think is the file link
but still can't open it. I can find "open attachment" in any of my menues
only "save attachment". When I hit enter on "save attachment" that is when
something comes up, which, I prresume is the file number. Hitting the
application key does nothing. 

I must be doing something wrong. Any further suggestions?

Hi. This might help if you're in the Inbox of the message, and with the
message selected, hit the applications key. Then arrow down to the
Attachments submenu, and then just arrow to the right, you can press enter
on the attachment's name and then you're prompted to either save or open the
file. I'm pretty sure that Outlook 2003 had the "view attachments or
attachments submenu in it's application/context key items.
