[Colorado-Talk] Job applicants claim RTD is slow as molasses in responding to their job queries

could the assistant general manager of communication been more vague and less communicative in her explanation – complex process, staff size, rules and regs. Blah blah blah… Rreally, that came across like RTD care so little they didn't even try to provide a decent explanation.
