[Colorado-Talk] Job applicants claim RTD is slow as molasses in responding to their job queries

I stated one aspect of the driver shortage is the Board’s longstanding failure to fulfill its fiduciary responsibilities. Denver7 has an interesting article on RTD not responding to those who apply in as bus and rail operators.  Let us not only reimagine RTD, let us also reimagine the RTD Board as an institution.
