First, let me say to Chris Jones, I’m so sorry you had this experience. This is wrong. It is supposedly not any kind of national policy but I know that a blind couple here in the Seattle area has had trouble when trying to shop in person at a local Walmart. We definitely want to address this so I will be in touch with you and anyone else who is having trouble there in the next couple of days.
