[nfbwatlk] Seattle NFB Chapter Meeting Minutes for January 2016

I think it’s fine. I used to publish a summary after every chapter meeting when I was chapter secretary. I just didn’t call it “minutes”. You could do the same.

At our next NFBW board meeting we should talk about possibly doing that.
