[nfbwatlk] OTC students at WCB conventions

I too am unconcerned with who goes to what convention. But I think an
interesting wrench is being thrown in to DSB's current policy of not
financially or otherwise supporting employees to attend consumer
organization conventions when they are an officer. It is one thing for
a rehab teacher or counselor to have these constraints, but what if
the next director is blind and is active enough in a consumer
organization to have an officer position? People of director positions
in the agencies are kind of expected to come to our conventions. Keiko
has come to past conventions so that is why I thought the prospect
interesting when paralleled with DSB's current policy which we
resolved that we do not agree with last year.
