I'm with Ben on this one. I've mentioned issues like this one to store 
managers in the past, and many of them have been appalled. Most of them 
apologize profusely and indicate that they expect better customer 
service from their underlings in the future and train said underlings. 
I've even heard of one man getting fired because I complained about 
getting a hard time from a manager who refused to find me some help 
when the store was practically empty with enough personnel to help. And 
it wasn't that the manager just flatly refused, but he was verbally 
abusive about it telling me that "You people should call in advance if 
you want help;" he practically yelled at me.
