The purpose, goal and objective is to share educational,motivational and inspirational material to change what it means to be blind, to raise expectations to live the life we want. This announcement list will be used to distribute our semi-annual newsletter, The Sounding Board, information on our state convention and BELL (Braille Enrichment through Literacy and Learning) Academy, legislation issues and any additional mailings to our members.
