[Oagdu] Dealing with insurance companies.

We always clean rental vehicles before returning them. It's kind of hard to hide the guide dog, when you show up with him to pick up the car...

Why did you tell them he would be in the car?  You should definitely vacume it out well before returning it but I don't think you need to say anything. My sister-in-law, who I love very much, didn't want Emma and Roxie in a rental car for the same reason.  Paul told her we would just take the public transportation to where we were staying but their dad told her we would get in the car and we cleaned it all out before it was returned.
