Yes Mike, I see that.  But human emotion sometimes gets in the 
way.  For instance if leaders make a decision about for instance, 
guide dogs, that doesn't mean that other people in the 
congregation, group or whatever go along with said leader, but 
they are either afraid or too invested in the group to say 
anything or leave themselves.  So sometimes it means that 
relationships get severed.  Everyone says they won't.  But it 
happens.  That's the heart-wrenching, gut tightening part of 
leaving any group or organization.  So if people can get past 
their emotions, it's better to move on and go elsewhere.  But 
it's not always as easy to do that as it is to write it.
