Dear NFB-NEWSLINE Subscriber:

We are thrilled to share some wonderful news that many of you have been
waiting for. Our popular human voices, Kate and Paul, are back on the
NFB-NEWSLINE Alexa skill! And that's not all. We're also introducing two new
premium voices, Sophie and Mark, to enhance your listening experience.

First, we want to apologize for the extended period when only the Eloquence
voice was available through the Alexa skill. We understand this wasn't ideal
for many of our subscribers, and we appreciate your patience during this
time.

The wait has been worth it! You can now choose from the following five
distinct voices to personalize your NFB-NEWSLINE experience.

Kate: Our beloved clear, professional female voice

Paul: The familiar, warm male voice you've come to trust

Sophie: A new, natural-sounding female voice

Mark: A new, engaging male voice

Eloquence: Our reliable synthesized voice option

Trying out these voices is simple! Just say, "Alexa, ask National Federation
to change voice." Each time you use this command, the skill will rotate to
the next available voice, allowing you to sample each one until you find
your perfect match.

We encourage you to explore these high-quality voices and find the one that
best suits your preferences. Whether you're catching up on your favorite
newspaper, magazine, or local news, these natural-sounding voices will make
your listening experience more enjoyable than ever.

If you need any assistance or have questions, our dedicated customer service
team is here to help.

Give these voices a try today. We're confident you'll hear the difference!

Best regards,

NFB-NEWSLINE Team
