[Nfbnet-members-list] Blind and low-vision adults needed for academic research study on sexual fantasies

The below research participant solicitation is being provided for informational purposes only. The National Federation of the Blind has no involvement in this research, but we believe that it may contribute to our research mission.
My name is Terri Barrios and I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, AASECT Certified Sex Therapist, and doctoral student in the Clinical Sexology Ph.D. program at Modern Sex Therapy Institutes completing my dissertation. I am conducting research to determine the relationship between blindness and sexual fantasies.
I am emailing you to inquire about your interest in participating in this study, referring someone who may be interested, and/or sharing this research introduction with other individuals with low vision or blindness.
The requirements consist of completing an online survey on SurveyMonkey.com that may take about 30 minutes to complete.  The survey is Section 508 and WCAG2 compliant which means it allows the use of text-to-speech (TTS) systems, voice recognition software, and does not require the use of a mouse.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. To the best of my ability your answers in this study will remain confidential. You will not be identified in any report or publication of this study. If you choose not to participate, it will not affect your relationship with Modern Sex Therapy Institutes, Mindful Sex and Relationship Therapy, or result in any other penalty or loss of benefits to which you are otherwise entitled.
