[Nfbnet-members-list] Participants Needed for US Currency Tactile Feature User Testing at NFB National Convention

The below research participant solicitation is being provided for 
informational purposes only. The National Federation of the Blind has 
no involvement in this research, but we believe that it may 
contribute to our research mission.

On behalf of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's U. S. currency 
Raised Tactile Feature (RTF) Project, MITRE, a non-profit 
organization, will be conducting testing on an RTF prototype. BEP is 
looking for volunteers who are totally blind or who have little 
useful vision to provide feedback on a potential raised tactile 
feature for future U.S. currency.  Each participant will be assigned 
an individualized appointment time, lasting approximately 60 
minutes.   Individuals will be compensated for their time and 
transportation ($50). If you will be attending the NFB national 
convention in Orlando and would like to participate in this testing,
