The below research participant solicitation is being provided for informational purposes only. The National Federation of the Blind has no involvement in this research, but we believe that it may contribute to our research mission.

Please participate in a survey about job retention and career advancement by the NRTC on Blindness & Low Vision at Mississippi State University. If you are blind or have low vision, born between the years of 1950 to 1991, and have ever been employed for at least minimum wage post-education, you are eligible to participate in this survey.

The survey may be completed electronically at http://tiny.cc/retention_advancement or you may call 1-662-546-0737 and schedule an appointment to participate by telephone.

Please share your experiences attempting to keep or advance in a job, even if those experiences were not successful.

Participants who complete the survey may enter into a drawing for a gift card for $100. Please know this survey is long - it may take you 30 to 40 minutes.

If you have questions or need more assistance, please call Anne Steverson or Adele Crudden at 1-866-676-7266 or email at acc155 at mssstate.edu<mailto:acc155 at mssstate.edu> or ac41 at msstate.edu<mailto:ac41 at msstate.edu>.
