[NFBCS] Potential for a spin-off list

I agree with all of the above. I do understand that this probably means
slightly more moderation, so maybe it should fall to the computer
science division folks to determine if this is reasonable. As it is, I'm
finding it hard to justify keeping this in my inbox (as another person
mentioned). There's a lot of good value and knowledge to be had here,
but I hate for the pull to be that people can get tech support questions
answered, as this seems to be counter to the description of the list.
