[NFBCS] Looking for Programs to Copy DVD Content

At a command prompt:
VLC.exe -- help
Generates an extensive list but inconveniently does it in its own VLC window rather than just output in the terminal window. You can do CTRL+A, CTRL+C then paste it all into an editor to review.
