[NFBCS] Potential for a spin-off list

Whether it's a new list, or better use of an existing list, I'd love to see
this addressed as well. I am happy that folks in the Federation have a
place to come solve their technical issues, and I appreciate that we have
several great folks who are always eager and willing to help answer those
questions, but the signal to noise ratio on this list is unfortunate.
Most mailing lists I subscribe to are autosorted into folders. This is one
of the few that goes direct to my inbox, but all of the (arguably) off
topic posts on this list does make that difficult to justify.
If a volunteer is needed to help make this happen, I'm always willing to
help out, but I suspect their are folks better suited. Nevertheless, if you
need me, just let me know.
