Hello Liz:
I am sorry that the Google Chrome browser is not working well for you. My guess is that something is going on on your system that is negatively affecting Chrome. You have performed the correct steps to attempt a solution.
Your situation is not specifically related to nonvisual access. Thus, a competent I.T. support person should be helpful in this regard.
Cordially,
Curtis Chong

Subject: [NFBCS] problems with Google Chrome
Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone else is having difficulty using Google Chrome?
I am using the latest version with Windows 11, but I can't use the alt left arrow or alt right arrow keys to go forward or back. When I open a new tab, I can't use control F4 to close the tab when I'm finished.
I reset Chrome to the defaults, and I'm still having problems.
If anyone has suggestions, please let me know
Thanks in advance!
Liz
