[NFBCS] problems with Google Chrome

Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone else is having difficulty using Google Chrome?
I am using the latest version with Windows 11, but I can't use the alt left
arrow or alt right arrow keys to go forward or back. When I open a new tab,
I can't use control F4 to close the tab when I'm finished.
I reset Chrome to the defaults, and I'm still having problems.

If anyone has suggestions, please let me know
