[NFBCS] Strange Issue with Desktop Icon Rename

Hello,

I've ran into an issue and wondering if anyone knows a workaround.  It
happens on both Windows 10 and 11, and I don't think it's related to
JAWS.  Here is how to reproduce it:

1. Select any icon on the desktop using the arrow keys and make note of
what type it is (link, text file, folder, etc)

2. Once it has focus, press control+space to deselect it

3. Press shift+F10 then create a new object that is the same type as the
one you deselected

4. Type a name for the new object and press enter

5. Observe your new icon has the name you gave it, but also now the
deselected icon has been renamed with (2) or similar appended to it

This has tripped me up several times as I would go looking for things to
find them no longer there and knew I didn't delete them.  Finally I
realized they were just getting renamed.

Brian
