I'm glad someone brought up this issue as I had no idea Microsoft was 
doing this.

I did some more testing and got a Powershell script written and 
Scheduled Task to do what I mentioned yesterday and it worked on my 
machine.  I can share it if anyone is interested.  I'm not sure if it 
goes against the rules to post code to this list so I won't.  Sorry if 
the registry details I posted last night were too much.
