[NFBCS] NETWORK+ AND SECURITY+ EXAM

I am a former programmer looking for work at the moment. I am looking to do
something different but still in IT. I have recently heard about novacoast
and the apex program, which trains blind, disabled, and veterans to be
network+ and security+ certified. Has anyone gone through this program? Are
these good certs to have to get into a career of cybersecurity? The tuition
is $7,500, with the possibility of rehab helping to cover at least some of
it. I just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing as much
as I possibly can. Thanks.
