Jennifer,

Thank you for reaching out on this listserve! I am a JAWS user and work as a civil engineer and planner for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. I often review or produce reports on civil works projects. One thing that could be helpful for tables would be trying to export the PDFs to Word. If you let me know what new difficulties you may have been having, I may have additional suggestions.

Best,
Nathanael

** Reply to: jennifer.lasseter at tceq.texas.gov Good morning! I am a JAWS user working at the Texas environmental agency. Over last 18+ months, or more I’ve noticed increasing difficulty in reading PDF documents that I received from external customers using Adobe DC. In the next couple of weeks, I will begin reviewing several 100+ page documents from Grant applicants. What strategies and resources are out there to help me do the best at reviewing these PDFs?

It’scritical that I have access to all the information in these documents because I’m doing the technical review that involves calculations, tables and perhaps some diagrams.

Many thanks for your advice!
