[NFB-Science] Request help with Adobe, PDF scan and OCR tools

Good morning! I am a JAWS user working at the Texas environmental agency. Over last 18+ months, or more I’ve noticed increasing difficulty in reading PDF documents that I received from external customers using Adobe DC. In the next couple of weeks, I will begin reviewing several 100+ page documents from Grant applicants. What strategies and resources are out there to help me do the best at reviewing these PDFs?

It’scritical that I have access to all the information in these documents because I’m doing the technical review that involves calculations, tables and perhaps some diagrams.
