I don't know if this might be part of the problem with list share drives.

Please note, the first time I clicked on the article I could read it. It 
does now ask for a subscription, so you may or may not be able to read. 
I hope that at least some of you can access the article.

ride share" apps attempts to verify a person's identity and legal 
status. I assume that means they are also by-passing the training that 
explains they are legally obligated to transport passengers with service 
animals.
