Thanks for your response. With Tom, we are dealing with someone with very low technology skills. He doesn't use a computer, doesn't know JAWS, etc. What I picture he needs is just the answer: can you recommend a mobility app to use on a smart phone? He doesn't have the resources or the skills to search for the answer. He just needs an answer, a solution that someone knows works reasonably well. 

Always good to hear from you. I've kind of withdrawn from being an active member of the NFB, but still consider myself a member of some kind. 

I also hope life is treating you well. I've lost track -- you are back in Chicago, aren't you?
