[IL-Talk] Dignity in Pay Act

Thanks Marilyn for forwarding this link. I have filed an updated witness 
slip that refers to House Floor Amendment 3.

Many will find this link difficult to use because it requires entering a 
code that's not accessible on the screen or completing an audio 
challenge. Fortunately, this can be circumvented by creating an account 
through the GA Dashboard, accessible through the ILGA.gov home page. 
Once you have created an account, you will be able to create slips 
without the capcia and even review slips you have created in the past. 
When you have logged in, you will be able to locate the appropriate 
committee and create a slip from the hearing details link.
