[GUI-Talk] New digital file management system - isit accessible by JAWS and VoiceOver?

My agency is switching from its currently non-ADA / non-WCAG compliant electronic file system (JustWare by New Dawn) to something called Justice Nexus (from a company called Aeon Nexus)sometime next year.  Has anyone used this or another product from that company?  Does it comply with JAWS and Voice Over, or does it need to be scripted?  From on-going experience, I know that our county agency (public defense) will make wonderful promises about accessibility that will never be fulfilled, so those of us who rely on screen narration to use our files are trying to get this figured out beforehand, and determine what work-arounds may be necessary.
