Hi, I suspect that the blind shell phone does not use newer security 
standards. Regarding Gmail, you may need to go into your security 
settings and allow access to less secure apps. Once you do this, the 
Blind Shell phone should work. I've had to do this for a number of 
clients using older Outlook 2016 and older clients of some kind of 
another. I'm not sure if the Blind Shell phone will work after doing 
this, but it's worth a try. I think it's sad that devices are not 
updated to use newer security measures. If you are not sure how to make
