[gui-talk] Email sound

Hello all:

 

I know that a lot of you are still @ convention, so, I hope someone can give
me an answer. All of a sudden, I'm not getting my regular sound when an
email appears. In ooptions, the show an icon in the desktop (or something
like that) & & the envelope setting is not checked. Is there anything that
coulde have happened that could have caused me to lose my message notify
sound?

NOTE: I'm using Outlook 2013.
