[gui-talk] disk defragmentor

I'm sorry to be such a past, but I have another question:

 

I would like to run the disk defragmentor. I read something on Google that
on newer computers, it is not a good idea to do this. I'm running a Dell
computer with Windows 10 & JAWS 18. 

 

Can anyone help me on this?
