I am also using windows 10 with Jaws 18 and insert +space+D brings up a dictionary. I would like a quick button to turn off ducking because I find that youtube or other sites with audio are very quiet now, even when Jaws is not actively speaking, and I'm pretty sure this happened after "upgrading" to Jaws 18
