Rob,

What operating system and version of JAWS are you running.  You have the
correct key for audio ducking.  Press the key to toggle the feature on and
off.  This is a toggle so when it is on, other audio, such as music, should
be lowered when JAWS speaks and then returned back when JAWS finishes
speaking.  That said, trying this on Windows 10 just now, it didn't work for
me so maybe there is an issue on Windows 10 with JAWS for the feature.

That keystroke turns audio ducking on, which means JAWS turns its volume
down when other programs are being used.

Correct me if I'm wrong,but doesn't Insert, Space with D make the JAWS audio
sound louder than any other audio on the computer? When I press it & have a
music site on, nothing happends. Am I doing something wrong?
