What version of JAWS do you have. If it is older, it may not work
well with newer office. I would make sure everything is updated,
office, Windows, drivers, and JAWS. An insert-escape refreshes the
screen, which may help, also make sure the screen is maximized,
alt-spacebar, x. Finally, sometimes if you jump to bottom of
document with control-end, then back to top with control-home, this helps.
